Guttering

High quality rainwater goods are installed and fixed at a maximum 750mm centres to allow for ’snow loading’. Once installed they are wet tested before we leave the site.

Soffits

We use solid high-density soffit board instead of hollow clad option, which tends to sag between fixings.

Fascias

Jones Window Systems Fascias are registered with freefoam to give an extended warranty of 20 years.
