Tilt and Turn Windows

JWS's range of tilt 'n' turn windows allow you to maximise the amount of light entering your home. The tilt feature offers high levels of natural ventilation whilst the turn facility allows for easy cleaning.

Jones Window Systems use RCM (Recycled Composite Material) within its window frames. The method of fixing RCM is simple and is done in the conventional way that metallic reinforcements are fixed. It can be easily welded and can provide 20% - 30% higher weld strength than using traditional reinforcement materials. RCM boasts excellent screw retention, with a screw pull out value greater than steel. It has excellent corrosion resistance. It does not oxidize and so will not corrode or rust.

It also creates a superior weatherseal that improves installation durability

Elsewhere, localised profile thickening improves hardware anchorage and our single leg beads - which we introduced into our system 20 years ago - they simply click into place.

It's five chamber, 70mm front to back design minimises energy use in the home and its high level of recycled content in the RCM reinforcement means it uses fewer raw materials during production. As a PVC-U product it also has a 35 year lifespan after which it can be recycled up to 10 times to give a total life of 350 years. Within our JWS product range we have applied everything that weve learned about fitting and installing frames over our combined 60 year experience. Our intelligent PCE gasket cuts factory processes and adds none back in making our production systems the most optimal.

JWS Tilt and Turn have a Dual opening action, tilt inwards for ventilation or turn fully inwards for easy cleaning. JWS Tilt and Turn windows can be made to much larger sizes than conventional windows, great for lighting up your home.
